Structured Bible text is retrieved from AO Lab’s Free Use Bible API. The API software is offered under the MIT License; each translation’s own notice below continues to apply.

Scripture in the games

Verse Builder and the trivia questions quote the Berean Standard Bible (English), dedicated to the public domain, and “Palabra de Dios para ti” (Spanish), copyright © 2020 Asociación Bíblica Latinoamericana, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. The verse text is quoted unchanged; only the order of the words is scrambled for play.

Bible Dictionary

The offline word definitions in the Bible Dictionary come from Wiktionary, the free dictionary, and are used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. Definitions are shown as short excerpts; Wiktionary’s contributors remain the authors of that text. Daily Maná’s own curated Word Helps entries and Bible People profiles are original editorial content.
